Your day begins with a walk down the small lanes lined with delicatessens and tiny food shops overflowing with just about any locally produced delicacy you can imagine! You will visit some of these shops along the way and discuss the differences between foods grown or produced in different parts of Greece. Then, you will move on to the main food market where you will experience the hustle and bustle that goes along with it.
Move down toward Psirri to explore some hidden streets and have lunch in one of the traditional small tavernas or enjoy a coffee accompanied by Greek desserts.
Then, visit Monastiraki and Plaka to buy some souvenirs and traditional products. You will have the opportunity to photograph some of the excellent sights.
